Sin embargo, el concepto de construcción industrializada es amplio y puede dar cabida a otros tipos de edificaciones.

En el privado, estamos realizando nuevos alojamientos para los temporeros en Modulya (Huelva), un conjunto de oficinas para Portman (Gibraltar) y cuatro viviendas en Umbrete (Sevilla). Sin olvidarnos de nuestros proyectos de lujo: 8 viviendas con proyecto de Arquitectónica, 2 viviendas de Hombres de Piedra y 20 conjuntos en estudio para varios restaurantes gourmet en la zona portuaria. Todo ello realizado con las mayores prestaciones, a menor costo y de mayor calidad. Sin olvidarnos, de ser respetuosos con el medioambiente, ya que forma parte de la filosofía de CIMPRA.
El Futuro
Por último, dimos nuestra perspectiva sobre la actualidad de la construcción industrializada tras más de 25 años en este sector. Es evidente que está en auge en España, pero aún muy por debajo de otros países europeos donde está totalmente consolidada. Si queremos equipararnos, necesitamos, no sólo el convencimiento de la población, sino también el apoyo del sistema financiero. Al considerar la banca que somos una constructora, no permite certificaciones mientras estamos trabajando en la fábrica y esto limita las líneas de financiación.
